My name is Susan Otte and I would like to help you meet your fitness goals.  I am a NETA certified Personal Trainer and have been a professional fitness instructor for three years.  I have taken additional training certifications in the following courses: Stability Ball/Strength Essentials, Turbo Kick, Bosu, Cycling, Piyo, Yoga, Step Aerobics and Zumba.

I am dedicated to helping my clients understand the balance between exercise and nutrition.  I believe I can train you effectively while making exercise a lifestyle choice.  I like to continually educate you about fitness and the benefit of a healthy lifestyle.

My goal is to help you be the best you can be.
