Carla has been involved in the health industry for most of her life. She has been a Diet Consoler, Dance Slimnastics Instructor, is a Certified CPR Instructor for the Red Cross, a Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Seniors Fitness Instructor in Cardiovascular Training, Muscular Strengthening and Yoga Stretch and certified in Drums Alive.
Carla desires to help people not only get fit, but make the experience enjoyable and proactive. I hope to share my belief that it is important to stay healthy for your family and friends.
